The Indian Wedding Planning Checklist was designed to be used for a minimum of 12 months planning period. However, this checklist can be used for shorter or longer periods of planning. There are several adjustments that you can make to the check-list.

- For the time that you have been absent OR for your wedding preparations, create a "catch up" strategy.
- Hire a coordinator for your wedding.
If you are short on time, choose option 2. However, you don't want to spend too much for a wedding coordinator. Instead, you can set up a list of tasks you and your partner could take care of. The rest of the tasks can be outsourced to your wedding coordinator. This will allow you to manage your wedding budget.
